This project will combine peace building mitigation and reconciliation with economic reconstruction through six strategies: (1) peace education mitigation and reconciliation (2) Community Employment Assessment (CEA) (3) market-oriented vocational training (4) after training support (ATS) i.e. placing training participants and support for business development and (5) advocacy for stakeholders from both government institutions and non governmental organizations.The most important objectives of the project: 1. To increase the role of 300 women's affected by the armed conflict in six sub districts in the District of North Aceh Aceh to jointly know implement live and build peace based on local values.2.To improve the knowledge skill and attitude of 300 women's affected by the armed conflict in six sub districts in the District of North Aceh so that they can own business to build peace in the District of North Aceh.
