Project description

The project promoted 'win-win' partnerships centred on shared value, including both commercial returns and social impact for Cambodian women and men living in poverty. The project has helped farming households in selected provinces to participate in and benefit from the global organic rice trade. The project provided business coaching and training to strengthen their market linkages and governance. It also challenged the notion that farming roles and responsibilities, such as marketing, need to be gendered.

(DFAT's assistances comes from Australian NGO Cooperation Program).
