The grant made significant contributions to the measurement of intra-household decision-making by identifying reasons behind spousal disagreement on survey questionnaires and designing and testing new measures of intra-household decisionmaking. Lessons on ways to improve the process of parcelizing collective land titles are being scaled up under the World Bank financed Support to the Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling project.
