The overall objective of the Action is to contribute to the reduction of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and increased access to justice for vulnerable women and girls in Laos. In particular, the specific objective is to strengthen social, economic and cultural rights of women and girls in the target areas, through improved awareness, knowledge, capacities and empowerment of women and girls, civil society organisations, and key stakeholders take action to reduce and prevent GBV.
