Through promoting women's access to employment, this project will build senior Malaysian support for equality of representation and opportunity in Malaysia, and in so doing provide platforms for discussion of tolerance, faith, race and meritocracy, supporting the emergence of diverse talent (given ongoing preferential treatment for Malays).
